Automatic Sheet Collating and Bonding machine YSCB-1 is designed for automatically picking, collating and bonding the card plastic sheets (total three stations for 2 printed sheets+1 middle core sheet or only 2 printed sheets), which can greatly improve the plastic card production productivity.
2.Automatic Sheet Collating and Bonding machine YSCB-1_Key Features:
v It has three sets of feeding stations with fully automatic feeding, sorting, automatic alignment, stacking, and welding;
v PLC program controls automatic operation, real-time monitoring and detection of discharge double sheets, automatic shutdown and alarm for abnormalities.
v Double acting cylinders are working with adjustable welding pressure;
v Six welding point configuration is available with adjustable welding point positions, making it difficult for the welded material to move.
v Adopting servo motor to drive the block belt for sheet feeding,and the feeding speed is faster and smoother.
v Ultrasonic welding process makes material positioning spot welding smoother and more secure.
v The spot welding time is controlled by PLC program, which is easy and convenient to set.
