Draw the antenna shaped path through CNC software, and the device implants the antenna into a special cloth with hot melt adhesive according to the drawn path. |
Using special fabric with implanted antennas as raw materials, precise dispensing and chip placement are carried out through CCD vision, followed by hot pressing and cold pressing to produce roll shaped tags. |
Roll shaped tags are cut off one by one by using CCD visual laser unit, and then transported by a robotic arm for chip performance inspection. The tested single tags are placed in different collection boxes. |
